BADGER STATE KITCHEN & BATH, INC.

Q: What are the primary services you offer?
A: We specialize in remodeling services, including cabinet installation, countertop installation, and especially laminate countertops. We focus on serving apartment buildings and working with property managers. We handle all aspects of remodeling, from drywall and plumbing to tile work. Basically, if someone asks what we do, we can usually help with most remodeling needs.

Q: What makes your business unique compared to competitors?
A: My attention to detail. I'm very particular about the work I do, which ensures high-quality results.

Q: Which areas or locations do you primarily serve?
A: We primarily serve Southeast Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois.

Q: Can you provide a detailed list of all the services you offer?
A: We offer remodeling services like cabinet and countertop installation. We also handle plumbing work, tile work, drywall, and more. Every job is different, with its own set of challenges and rewards.

Q: What are your most popular services?
A: Cabinet installation and countertop installation are what we do the most. We also do sinks and plumbing hookups, but again, every job is unique.

Q: Can you provide a detailed description of a typical apartment project?
A: Typically, the building's maintenance team handles the teardown, and we come in to install the cabinets and countertops. We keep things straightforward and focus on getting the job done efficiently.

Q: Do you provide any materials?
A: We can—though customers can also provide their own. We mainly focus on the installation itself.

Q: What types of products do you typically work with?
A: We work with cabinets, countertops, tile, and flooring. We prefer to install vinyl plank flooring because it's quick, easy, and waterproof, though we do offer other flooring options as well.

Q: What common concerns do clients have?
A: Dust is probably the biggest concern. We take steps to minimize it by putting up plastic and using vacuums, but clients should understand that some mess is inevitable during a remodel.

Q: How do you prefer to be contacted?
A: I prefer to get on a call with potential clients as soon as possible. It’s more effective than back-and-forth emails.
